1) How do I apply to store hourly positions at the The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®?
Each The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® retail store independently hires and manages it’s own part time & full time team members. To be considered for employment, please click on STORE HOURLY POSITIONS, RETAIL MANAGEMENT, or HOME OFFICE OPPORTUNITIES above.
2) What is the minimum age requirement to work at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®?
You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®.
3) After I apply online, how soon will I be contacted?
If you meet our qualifications, you should expect to be contacted within a few days. You are always welcome to contact the store that you are interested in as well.
4) Can I apply to more than one retail store?
Currently our online application only allows you to select one location. In the event that you are interested in being considered more multiple locations, please contact the store that you applied to and ask them to pool your application. You are also welcomed to apply to each store individually as well.
5) I would like to be considered for a management or home office position. How do I apply?
In order to be considered for RETAIL MANAGEMENT or HOME OFFICE positions, please select either RETAIL MANAGEMENT or HOME OFFICE. You can attach your resume and if you meet our qualifications, you will be contacted by one of our field recruiters.
