The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Joins Unicru's Menu Of Java Retailers
America's largest privately held specialty coffee and tea retailer taps industry-leading hiring management provider to automate the application process, find quality baristas and reduce turnover

PORTLAND, Ore. - June XX, 2006- Unicru® Inc. today announced that The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® will implement the Unicru Dining Solution throughout its more than 180 U.S. locations. In addition to screening the coffee retailer's hourly job candidates for behaviors linked to strong on-the-job performance, Unicru will also arm managers with a tool to make more efficient hiring decisions, giving them more time for customers and store operations. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is the third coffee retailer to select the Unicru Dining Solution, joining Tully's Coffee Corporation and Caribou Coffee Company.
