Vegan-friendly beverages we offer are:

When substituted with milk alternatives (Soy Milk, Coconut Milk, or Almond Milk), the following beverages can be considered Vegan-friendly:
- Cappuccino (Hot / Iced)
- Latte (Hot / Iced)
- Café Au Lait
- Flat White
- Macchiato
- Cold Brew Coffee (Regular / Nitro)
- Cold Brew Tea (Peach Jasmine / Raspberry / Mango / Black Cherry) Unfortunately, flavored beverages and Ice Blended beverages cannot be considered Vegan-friendly even if the milk is substituted, because most of our powders & syrups contain milk ingredients (e.g. Caramel Syrup, Chocolate Syrup, Vanilla Powder, Chocolate Powder, Hazelnut Powder, Vanilla Bean Syrup)

If your Gift Card begins with 6006, you can visit our website to check your balance. Additionally, you can call 855.409.7410, and select option 4. You will be prompted to enter your card number and card pin number (if applicable).
If your Gift Card begins with 6392, contact us bysubmitting your information to our Guest Relations Team and a Team Member will be in contact with you.
Not to worry! Please visit us here to submit your receipt information and claim your points. Log in using the same credentials you use to log in to the app. If your account is linked to Facebook, please select "log in with Facebook." Otherwise, you will log in using the email address and password with which you registered.
Once you're there:- Click or tap the main menu (three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen) and select "Add Points."
- Enter your receipt information, and you will see your points balance change within 24-48 hours.
- You can only claim points twice per month, so be careful not to forget your phone too often. We encourage you to use the App and scan your code to earn points for each purchase.
Please note: Receipt information in our system will be available 24 hours after your purchase and cannot be added for same-day purchases. Receipts can only be submitted once every 14 days. Additionally, points will not be added for purchases greater than 30 days.
