What is the minimum age requirement to work at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf?
You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to submit a work permit. However, if you are under the age of 18 but have graduated from High School, you must submit a copy of your diploma or High School Equivalency.
